Shimmer Dust adds instant luxe-appeal to lids and lashes. Utterly adaptable, this finely milled loose mineral powder can be used both wet and dry depending on your look requirements.

Feeling pretty? Sweep Shimmer Dust lightly over lids for a sweet gleam. Drama queen? Add H2O for high voltage lids. Just a bit flirty? Mix Shimmer Dust with Sealer for a cute, sheeny eyeliner.

But don’t just hoard it for the eyes; Shimmer Dust looks just as fabulous swept over the face and body. Dust over the décolletage, shoulders and arms and you’ve reached the ranks of high status glamour.

How to Use

For an intense look, first prep your eyes with iPrime Eyeshadow Base. Next, gently press Shimmer Dust over, with a Sponge Tip Brush (like Brush #033).  For a more natural result, simply sweep Shimmer over, using a soft, fluffy brush (like Brush #B113). For a totally natural result, skip the iPrime and apply Shimmer Dust straight to your skin.
